Kenny Pleasant is the Owner and Managing Broker of NextHome Prolific, a Seattle real estate brokerage specializing in new construction, relocation, luxury townhomes, and residential real estate in Seattle and Bellevue. Licensed since 2009, Kenny helps buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients navigate the market across Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, and the greater Eastside with expert guidance, strategic insight, and concierge-level service.

Kenny founded NextHome Prolific on strong philanthropic principles, with a vision of combining high-level real estate representation with education, advocacy, and service to the community. As the owner of one of the few Black-owned brokerages in Seattle, he has built a respected brand known for professionalism, leadership, and a client-first approach.

Known for his deep understanding of the Seattle metro market, Kenny has developed particular expertise in Seattle new construction homes, Bellevue new construction, modern townhomes, relocation to Seattle and Bellevue, strategic pricing, marketing, and helping clients identify opportunities throughout the Eastside.
